To ensure a Long-lasting,
High-quality Product:

  • Plan for Sunshine: Install your mulch when the forecast shows at least 48 to 72 hours of dry, sunny weather.

  • Allow for Curing: Color-enhanced mulches require exposure to the sun and low humidity to "cure" and lock the pigment into the wood fibers.

  • Optimal Depth: For a professional finish and maximum moisture retention, we recommend an initial installation depth of 4".

  • Protect Your Surfaces: To prevent temporary staining, place bulk mulch on a tarp if it will be stored on a driveway or walkway.
